Great Success in the Kangaroo Maths Competition – Students Show Their Mathematical Talent
Once again, this year, over 500 secondary students participated in the international Kangaroo Maths Competition – with impressive results! Participants came from various language sections and took part in the competition papers corresponding to their respective countries.
The Kangaroo Competition inspires millions of students worldwide, encouraging mathematical thinking and a love for problem-solving. Under the motto "Maths with fun," our students tackled multiple-choice questions that required logical reasoning, perseverance, and creativity.
Several of our students achieved outstanding results: Theodor Krösl (S1DE), Davis Jekabsons (S1EN), Moritz Achleitner (S1DE), Leonards Pavluts (S2EN), Alex Inan (S2EN), Michael Yeomans (S3EN), André Rodrigues (S2PT), Max Camus Allio (S2FR), Horia Antohi (S4FR), Louis De Saint Moulin (S5FR), Mathiew Voisin (S6FR), and Eimantas Petraitis (S7LT). A special congratulations to Theodor Krösl for his exceptional result. He achieved a ranking in the top 1% of all results across Germany!
Congratulations to everyone on your excellent rankings!
A big thank you also goes to the teachers who supported the students throughout the preparation and organization of the event.
We are already looking forward to the next Kangaroo Competition and hope to see many curious minds from all language sections participating again!
