Back to School Project
Students from the Lithuanian section met with the Representative of Lithuania to the European Union Nerijus Aleksiejūnas. This meeting was part of the project "Back to School".
The main goal of the project is to provide students with more knowledge about the European Union and the functioning of its member states, to encourage interest in European topics and to shape value-based attitudes that empower young people to be active citizens who believe they can make a difference in the EU.
The guest speaker shared insights about his work, his career as a diplomat, and placed particular emphasis on the core values of the EU. After the lecture, a quiz on the European Union was held, in which students actively participated and tested their knowledge about the EU.
As Europe Day is celebrated in May, it is likely that these students will be well prepared for the European Exam.
